Returns and refunds

Every Crazy Ass Leggings item is made to order. Each piece is individually printed and hand-sewn after you place your order.

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or style if the item you received matches the item and size you ordered. Please use the size chart on each product page before you order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or sewing defect, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Email hello@crazyassleggings.com or call 303-916-0016. Include your order number and a photo of the problem.

We will send you a free replacement, or issue a full refund to your original payment method if a replacement cannot be sent. If we need the original item returned, we will tell you and cover the return shipping cost. Send returns to: Crazy Ass Leggings, c/o Karen Meyer, Inc., 2443 S University Blvd #143, Denver, CO 80210.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we approve a refund, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post it.

To start a claim, contact us first. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
